Châteauroux highlights
Thanks to our 8" press the plant has a global capacity of 14 000 t/year.
With the ISOTS 16949 this plant provides many automotive profiles.
The plant also counts a large machining center (milling, drilling, punching, assembly, etc.) which enable us to produce bespoke profiles, as well as standards, adapted to the needs of our customers. The Châteauroux plant can offer many additional services such as logistics, storage, filming and marking.
Our workshop
The Châteauroux machining workshop, specialized in small and medium lengths does not stop growing. It is composed of :
- 10 centers with numerical control 3-axis or 4-axis allowing a modular capacity of production and a high reactivity
- 3 CNC centers large and medium lengths
In addition to our production capacities, Hydro Extrusion has a dedicated service to assisting customers on technical projects: the Technical Office France. From the conception to your product prototype, our experts are there to support you.
